This notice explains how Eapen Consultancy handles personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
When you contact us by email, WhatsApp, or a booking link, we receive the details you choose to share: typically your name, company, contact details, and the substance of your enquiry. This site itself collects standard analytics data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) if analytics are enabled.
To respond to your enquiry, prepare and deliver engagements, and keep records we are legally required to keep. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers needed to operate (for example, email and scheduling tools) or where the law requires it.
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Engagement records are kept for the periods required by Malaysian law.
Under the PDPA you may request access to or correction of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to further processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
